I’ve always been drawn to meaningful work.
I’ve spent much of my career around work that matters—organizations and businesses driven by purpose, care, and impact. I’ve always been drawn to that kind of work, especially when I can see how much thought and heart sits behind it. I help make sure that intention is visible on the outside, too.

Dreamteam Makeup Artistry
Lindsay has been a makeup artist for over 18 years. She started her journey performing in live theater, where she found her love of production and character design. Upon graduation of FSU Business School, she moved to NYC to be on the management team of MAC Cosmetics @ Bloomingdales 59th St.; the second largest account in the world. She then moved to Florida and was a MAC regional trainer and store manager for International Plaza, the largest account in the Tampa Bay Area. In 2009, she left retail cosmetics to pursue her dream of Lindsay Does Makeup- her own freelance career. Within the last 9 years, Lindsay Does Makeup blossomed into LDM Beauty Group, an elite team of hair and makeup artists. In 2017, she launched DreamTeam Artistry, which provides full spectrum talent services for commercial/tv production. She is fiercely driven to inspire people to face their fears, go after their dreams, and live a fulfilled life.
